When searching for property to purchase on Homely.com.au the properties will sort by 'Homes for you' - If you wish to see the most recent listing first, you can sort by 'Newest' property by simply clicking on 'Newest' under the suburb search bar in the top left corner.

Alternatively if you would like to be notified when new properties are listed in a suburb you are interested in, you can setup email alerts by signing into your profile and going here: https://www.homely.com.au/alerts/new

The best part of these alerts, they are tailored to suit the consumers needs so you are only notified of properties that meet your criteria!

The alerts let you select a suburb, the type of property you are after (apartment, townhouse etc), how many bedrooms & car spaces you require, and will also allow you to set a price window (so not to be disturbed with alerts for properties outside your budget) - Talk about consumer friendly!

Hello if you are still looking for new properties in the Clayton area or surrounding suburbs, Jason Xi is now at First National JXRE Clayton. He sells many of the new properties in these areas and may have one suitable for your criteria. Let me know if you are still looking?

Most properties that are new on www.raywhiteoakleigh.com.au will be advertised accordingly. What I highly recommend to do is contact Jason Xi from our office via email at [email protected] as he sells majority of new properties in Clayton and may have something that you are after! I hope this helps! Robert Cincotta.

Visit www.realestate.com.au. On their webpage you can subscribe as a buyer and this will will keep you up to date with New Homes that come onto the Market. Also there is Tabs at the top of page which are as follows BUY, RENT and NEW HOMES. Click on New homes and it will give you the listings of new homes available in the area either off the plans or already built.
