"Brooklyn Park - Location Fanctastic!!"
The location is just brilliant! Mid-way between the city (4 kms) and the beach (4 kms) on the shortest possible route. 5 minutes to Harbourtown, walk to Ikea and a short walk to the airport terminal for many residents, or a two-minute drive. 5 minutes to extensive shopping and restaurants at Torrensville, Mile End Homemaker Centre and Hilton Shopping Centre. The streets are wide with heaps of parking available. Some ground noise from the airport if you're close, but it's not major. Most of Brooklyn Park isn't under the flight path. House prices are very affordable and represent excellent value for money. The main roads can be a bit busy, but no long delays are experienced. Side streets are fairly quiet.
