Are there any smaller units being built in the Cloverdale area near the shops?

In regards to residential units there are a few due to be built over the coming 12-18 months. There is one being built at 6 Brindley Street Belmont which is about 600m from the shops with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units. There are also some due to be built shortly on Fisher Street, Cloverdale.
If you are asking about commercial units there are a lot that have been or are due to be completed shortly on the corner of Knutsford Ave and Wright Street, Kewdale and also the corner of Fulham Street and Belmont Avenue, Cloverdale.
