Anything from R20 to R100. The council, just over a year ago released a new scheme which increased a lot of homes zonings. The closer to the Belmont Forum you are the higher the zoning. For example along Ross Street, Laurie Street and similar it is the R100 out to Pearl Road and the southern end of Robinson Avenue where it is still R20. I use the City Maps link on the council website to confirm zonings in different areas; and it is available to everyone which comes in handy.
