"Leafy suburb."
I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years. Moved from the coast. It’s very quite. Yes some dogs bark and occasionally in the distance I hear a train rumbling by. I also hear birds and the occasional cow in the distant background. The pineapple farm sells his stock for $1 a pineapple. Other farmers in the area also have an honesty box for their produce. It’s like country life 15 mins from the ocean and bustling Maroochydore area.
Small shopping centre with a small but well stocked grocery store, bottle shop, hairdressers, bakery, cafe, laundromat, Indian and Thai restaurant. No chemist or newsagents, but 5 min drive to Nambour. It’s a little hilly in places.
Quite a safe area to raise kids, retire.
