"Quiet and near everything!"
Collett St is great. Just up the road from Racecourse Rd shops, not far from Bellair St and Kensington village. Public transport is great too, Tram Racecourse Rd, and walking distance of TWO train lines (Broady and Upfield).
Slightly noisy dog at around number 60, but quiet apart from that.
