"Very close to parkland and a range of stores!"
Kensington Road is located next to JJ Holland park, which gives you access to a skate park, football field, soccer field, basketball court and a recreational park area for kids. Not too far away you also have access to the Kensington Pool which is great for kids especially during the summer time. Not too far away you also have access to a range of different stores and eateries, including Rick's Place which has just opened up recently and makes exceptional food.
