WOW, what amazing service. I was asked to sell my Aunts property on her behalf. From our very first meeting, I found Lou to be warm, understanding of the emotional attachment to the property and kindness to my Aunt who was leaving her home after 80 years. Laura kept me fully informed of the open houses and interest in the property. Lou was our auctioneer on the day and he did an amazing job getting my Aunt a fabulous price for her home. This is the second time Lou has sold a property for us and each time has been a great success. Good sales strategy,great feedback on a timely basis (Frank Mammone-Agent attending open for inspections) and a successful auction on the day by Lou. Lou sold our first home in 1999 and has been well known in the industry for many years. He has great local knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering a great result. He puts on a great show on auction day and obviously loves what he does. We were very happy with a better than expected result and would highly recommend Lou and the rest of the Rendina team.

Faye and I wish to thank you for the effort you and your team put into our Auction on Saturday the 21st. We listened from above to the whole proceeding and realised just how hard you tried, and succeeded in reaching our goal. It is obvious your method of The Team works well and to see the boys so busy amongst the crowd was a pleasure to observe, so congratulations to James, Aaron and Brent. When we wished to sell our apartment we approached three companies and asked for their approach. I must say that Rendina was way ahead in their projections and methods of action plan. Aaron did most of the talking on the first visit and presented very well, Brent added points along the way and it proved to be a good meeting. Once all the details were settled Brent assumed direct contact with us on a constant basis and kept advising what actions he was carrying out to gain more prospects. He did an excellent job and obviously worked very hard toward the outcome needed. He in our opinion must be an asset to you company.

"A pleasure to deal with!"

After interviewing several agents we found Lou and Richard Rendina were the most "switched on", and knowledgeable of the Kensington property market. Once engaged as my agent they proceeded to sell my property in a very professional manner and I was delighted when they achieved a selling price above the reserve and also my expectations. The auction day in particular was handled really well with Lou proving an exceptional auctioneer. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Rendina Real Estate to any of my friends and colleagues who may be looking to sell property in the inner North/West Suburbs. Great area that is close to the CBD. Plenty of Cafes and Restaurants also available within minutes away. Close to Victoria Market too, which has plenty of amazing shops.
