Commercial Road, Mount Evelyn, VIC 3796

Commercial Road is a friendly street. Neighbours wave and say hello when seen in the street. Community get-togethers are also common.
At the bottom of the hill, so a great workout if you want to walk to the shops, otherwise its a quick trip in the car to the local IGA, shops and cafes.
Mt Evelyn has some great businesses, but is a bit overrun with fish and chip shops (there are at least 3 for such a small suburb) low quality pizza shops (again there are 3), and hairdressers (there are about 5).
Transport could be improved so that buses run more frequently, otherwise it is a short drive to lilydale train station which has plenty of parking.
