"A safe, very under-rated and highly recommended suburb!"
Conan Close is a great street to live in. We have been here for just over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The street has great appeal, is very quiet, neighbours are quite settled and very friendly. Majority of the houses in this street are well presented, with each owner taking pride in their yard/house presentation. On top of this, with the recent floods in 2011 (and 1974) our street was on safe ground. The street sits nicely on a raised hill and gets some wonderful breezes through the summer. In addition, the park is a 2 minute walk down the road and walking distance to the train line. A superb way for getting into the city and for sporting/special events. I highly recommend living in Wulkuraka, in particular Conan Close.

- Well presented homes & yards provides great street appeal
- On a raised hill, offering cool breezes and safe from floods
Not great for
- No immediate shops (3 min drive)
- Train can be heard (just), but get use to it very quickly
