Conargo is home to the iconic conargo hotel, it is 20 mins from deniliquin,we also have a store ,post office with good food and friendly service,the pub also does meals,the primary school is small but excellent and children travel from deniliquin to attend there,there is a bus from the store to the deniliquin high schools and tafe,the fishing is great and it's situated on the billabong creek,the largest creek in the world,that always has water,it's a country lifestyle,with very friendly and helpful neighbours,we have lovely parks,and a lovely recreational hall,we have lived here for 8 years,on our lovely 6 acre waterfront property,but are getting older and wanting to move closer to our children in melbourne.
