"possibly Brunwick's cosiest street"
This cosy little street runs off Stewart St , only a few mins walk to Sydney Rd and nearby shops , supermarket and 15min tram ride into the city . Connelly St contains 28 period style houses (no units at all in this street) and is just over 200 meters long before it detours left into a small one way lane which restricts it to local traffic and helps provide a quiet environment

- Great resale values and easy to find tenants
