How is everyday shopping there?

As i will be moving there with my family wanted to know if the shops are in neighbourhood and how is the place to stay

Very good. You have a small-mid size woolies and a slighlty fancy independent grocery store that's about the same size. Bigger woolies, coles and harris farms 15 mins walk away at randwick junction.
More options at Maroubra junction and Eastgarden Westfields, both a very short drive.
