How much does traffic on Centenary Heights Road impact residents?
I was hoping for some local insight on where to buy in Coolum Beach, and in particular, if traffic on roads that look busier, like Centenary Heights road, would impact us if we choose to buy there? Would it create considerable noise, dust, lack of privacy and potential added car time for school pick up and drop offs? Any recommended streets/pockets to keep in mind? Any to avoid? Any tips and insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sara,
Its personal preference regarding Coolum but I feel behind the woolworths shopping complex area is more quiet without much road noise or school traffic such streets like :-Elly Circuit or Ella Marie and Skylark are more quieter.
