I would like to know if Palm Avenue is a nice quiet street to live in.

Coolum Beach's employment opportunites very much varies during certain times of the year. But that shouldn't hold you back from applying anywhere that holds your interest! Try seek.com.au or call around to different places!
Sunshine coast is a spectacular place to live, i doubt you would ever re-consider. Palm Avenue, especially, is a very quiet street. Along with Coolum Beach itself.

Palm av is a hop, step and a jump to everything. It is a great location and yes like most of Coolum, it is lovely and quiet. I have friends recently relocated from Brisbane in semi retirement; one works night packing at coles and the other a part time teacher. Work is here just need to get out an find it!
