Are Coomera & Upper Coomera a nice place for a young family to live?

I have seen Coomera & Upper Coomera have bad reviews, however I dont know how recent they are.. So I would love any comments to be relevant to 2019. LOOKING at; COOMERA & UPPER COOMERA. We are a young family moving from VIC. We like parks, kid friendly cafes, shopping centres close by. What is the demographic of these areas?

I have lived in Upper Coomera for 20 years now. It has undergone a transformation in the last couple of years with approx 80% of homes being resold and home owners moving in instead of being tenanted. The area offers great schools, great shopping, doctors, community hubs etc. It really does have everything. The main issue with the area is the traffic congestion early in the morning at school entry time, this is due to the amount of schools in the area (great schools) If you can change the times you leave the area you will love it. I dont have to leave often as I work here, shop here and dine here. The M1 can be a bit of a pain however when you are local you quickly learn the options on the back highway and roads. Best of luck, we love it here and have raised 4 kids here without any issues
