Remember State schools have catchment areas so you need to live in the catchment for the school you like. This results in rentals being hard to find close to good schools and house prices higher close to good schools. Coomera Rivers is a good primary school, Upper Coomera State College - prep to 12 has some "issues" Norfolk Village State school is also quite a good school. Best Kindy has to be Coomera Club House
