"Quiet and peaceful Noosa hinterland suburb"

Have lived here for 8 years. Very quiet and peaceful acreage properties in the Noosa hinterland, yet only 7 minutes to Tewantin and 15-20 minutes to world famous Noosa beaches... so it's the best of both worlds! Very friendly neighbourhood around Edington and Devonstone drive areas.

Looking for a home in Cooroibah?

"~A safe sanctuary for families and retirees.~"

*Cooroibah is an affordable safe area with an abundance of wildlife for those who love the great outdoors. School buses pass your door in most areas with a vast choice of state and private schools available in town. The Tewantin Primary School is only a few k's up the road and the Noosa State high school has a bus service available daily.
The neighbourhoods tend to be friendly and safe, having lived in the area for over twenty years, have never heard of any problems. The acreage properties provide privacy and are great for hobbies like horses, hens or veges, whilst those who enjoy art or crafts can work in a beautiful leafy environment for inspiration.
The bird life in the area is magnificent with over 40 species alone visiting seed bowls daily. Kangaroos graze in the paddocks with their little joeys and wood ducks breed annually on the many local dams. Cooroibah is a great lifestyle area and still affordable, many water ways found nearby, with the pizzaz of Noosa only 10 minutes away. A unique place to live.

"15 minutes to Noosa's beaches....this is the best investment area around"

And a beautiful place to live. The weather, wildlife....it's a fantastic quiet family locale with a lovely neighbourly spirit.... so close to everything that you need (shops, cinemas, restaurants)....and everything that you could want.....the top spot holiday destination that is Noosa. Buy while you can still afford it.

"Within 10 years the average person will not be able to afford to buy here."

A peacefull quiet lakeside suburb that still has that sleepy fishing village lifestyle but already some properties have been renovated and slowly the character of Cooroibah is changing. It is not hard to imagine that all the less expensive real estate will be snapped up by people with forsight and developed over the next ten years. It is worth noting that this sleepy village is just 7 minutes from Tewantin,10 minutes from Noosaville and 15 minutes from Hastings street.
