"Great Family Area"
A Mix of ages all enjoying the close proximity to the Beach, the Local shopping and attractions that Margate and Redcliffe have to offer, only a few minutes to be on the bridge back to the main highway, close to the airport a 10 to 15 minute drive now, Cowen Street has good trees and sea views when you enter the street, Even though the road comes to a dead end which keeps the traffic down, there Is a walking lane through to the beach called Sandy Lane giving you immediate access to the waterfront and swimming beach, great for cycling, swimming, fishing, cafes are a minutes walk away,
The Settlement Cove Lagoon is a tem minute walk. Redcliffe Shops a 10 Minute walk. Margate shops a 5 minute walk.
