Buying and building on block of land in Blackwood park
Hello! We are looking to buy land in the Meridian Development in Blackwood Park and are wondering if any residents would mind sharing what their experiences are with building. Are the site costs huge as blocks are on a slope? What soil class did your block have? Thank you in advance!

I am part of an fb group called building your dream home adelaide and have had mixed comments about building on slope. Ive had people who have built in Blackwood park saying the slope isnt too bad and can be fixed with one split and some said avoid at all cost so, would be great to get an update if you end up building there. Thank you!

No, we are still in the process of looking for land. We would really like a larger block but we have found they tend to be very slopey and we are too afraid that site costs may blow our budget so we are still waiting to find one that meets all our needs. Are you planning to buy from the meridian new releases?
