"Convenient, Quiet Street"
Davey Ave is well situauted in East Brighton with a tram at the end of the street and train stations 2.2 kms. It is a short street with nice trees. Housing is mixed, including cal bungalows, georgian style townhouses, large family homes and several semi-detacheds. Currently there are several run-down older homes on large blocks, but I feel their days are numbered. There are 44 homes on the street, so traffic is quiet.Proximity to the city is great-home in 15 minutes after a night at the theatre.Altogether a very nice place to live!
