Is Davoren Park a good place for a first investment? is it likely to go up in price?

Has anyone bought investment properties in this area? do you have problems with tenets? and do you think the resell value in about 5-7 years will be good?

To be completely honest, getting good tenants in Davoren Park can some times be a bit of a hit and miss affair. If you purchase an investment in this area, do not go in under capitalised and procure the services of a reputable Property Management company. Capital Growth since 2005 has been in the negative but this trend will more than likely reverse in the not to distant future. It should be noted however, that even in boom times Capital Growth in Davoren Park is distinctly stunted. Some properties only achieved an annual growth of around $1000.00 per annum over a six year period.
