Hi StefL,
You can have a look in the suburb reviews to see if any users have mentioned a mosquito problem. I've heard people complain about the mosquitos in Mandurah.

We have lived in Dawesville for 9 years and don't have a problem with mosies at all even when we sit out at night they have good mosie spraying down here and we also get the garden sprayed once a year we are near the estuary

HEaring mixed reviews about mozzies in Dawesville - could the people who say it's not a problem not be susceptible to them, perhaps? I don't get bitten much but my husband is very allergic so this would be a big factor for us...

We are also looking to buy at Dawesville, apparently the Public health department tell us Dawesville is a very high risk of Dengue fever & Ross River Virus and the Mosquito problem is only going to get worse because they are cutting back on the funding for Airborne Spaying

Anywhere near the water / estuary are notoriously bad for mozzies, although they do spray every year because of the recurrent risk of Ross River Virus.
