"Well established neighborhood"
All amenities can be accessed from this street and I mean ALL- our local kinder & community library & primary school. We have a ribbon of shops on our street ranging from a milk bar to take-out shops to even a hair salon. We are even fortunate enough to have a bus stop that links us to railway/tram stations & major shopping centres ( Westfield Shoppingtown) and not forgetting Melbourne airport. The bus stop is right at the end of our street (cnr of Dawson & Broadmedows rd). What else could you ask for.
