"Great little area with so much on your door step"
I have lived in Dean Park for the past 5 years and I have seen the area develop and improve so much. I choose the area to buy as it was planned to have the M7 and I work in the city. It's quiet given that the M7 surrounds the area, has little traffic and a great friendly family environment.
There are two sections to Dean Park, one older area and a newer built area. A great local primary school and several shops and takeaway's to choose from. Soon to open is the new Greg Norman designed golf course that is accessible through Dean Park and will have great bush walking trails and of course an 18 hole course, can't wait! For those that don't drive Quakers Hill station is a short 20 mins walk away or a 10mins bus ride away.
Walking distance is a Subway, Red Rooster, Hungry Jacks and service station plus there is a medical centre and chemist. As the area is still improving there are some things that could be better but I see they will change over time. I have seen house prices increase over the past 5 years and given that surrounding areas homes are in the $500,000 plus mark Dean Park has made an affordable first start to the property ladder for myself and my family.
Hope you enjoy the area as much we have!

"Love dean park"
Dean Park is a quiet area within minutes of everything you need. Dean Park is a very quiet, yet reasonably modern area, with a lot of house proud houses. House prices are quite cheap in comparison to the surrounding areas - yet I would say that Dean Park is a nicer area.
There are two large parks and an oval located in Dean Park. Buses run regularly, there is a small set of shops, and a school located centrally.
You are minutes from Stonecutters ridge, woodcroft centro, plumpton marketplace and blacktown westpoint. Ideally quiet and central

"The sleeping giant"
Dean Park's property value is deem to increase very soon due to Greg Norman's Stonecutter's Ridge Golf Course Estate just a stone throw's away - literally only a 5-minute walk! Lots range from 550 to 750sqm; there are only 2 points of entry which makes Dean Park a quiet neighbourhood recommended for families and those who love to do some briskwalking.
Schools close to Dean Park: Richard Johnson Anglican School, St Francis Catholic School, William Dean Public School. Only minutes to M7.
