Reviews of Dean Park, NSW
"Great for Young Families"
Been living in Dean Park for more than a year now and i can say this is a family friendly place. My kids can freely walk around, and play with other kids. There are not so many people as the density is low due to bigger house lot sizes. The place has lots of greeneries and trees. Easy access to M7 is very helpful if you want to avoid traffic in the morning. If you're into cycling, the nearby cycle path is great. Also its very near to Costco, IKEA and Marsden Park shopping centre and schools like St Francis of Asisi. There's also a Western Parklands if you want to walk into the bushes. Overall, we've been loving this place as its more secured, friendly neighbourhood, low density and easy access to schools/shops and parks.

"Lovely neighbourhood for young families"
Dean Park is a fantastic suburb to call home. The neighbourhood feels safe, clean and quiet with all the amenities you need nearby. My neighbours are lovely and there’s a sense of pride living here, you can tell by how much effort everyone puts in their gardens! We bought our home before prices went crazy. We were originally looking at Lalor Park, Marayong, South Blacktown area but most places were slightly out of our budget and were either old clad or fibro homes. We are so glad we didn’t end up buying there. Only 5 minutes from those areas but the homes in Dean Park are newer with solid brick construction and the overall feel is nicer, more green with trees and parks at your doorstep. Lots of young families moving in and it’s not hard to see why! Definitely worth considering especially if you want more land for your money compared to the house and land packages nearby.

"Great little area with so much on your door step"
I have lived in Dean Park for the past 5 years and I have seen the area develop and improve so much. I choose the area to buy as it was planned to have the M7 and I work in the city. It's quiet given that the M7 surrounds the area, has little traffic and a great friendly family environment.
There are two sections to Dean Park, one older area and a newer built area. A great local primary school and several shops and takeaway's to choose from. Soon to open is the new Greg Norman designed golf course that is accessible through Dean Park and will have great bush walking trails and of course an 18 hole course, can't wait! For those that don't drive Quakers Hill station is a short 20 mins walk away or a 10mins bus ride away.
Walking distance is a Subway, Red Rooster, Hungry Jacks and service station plus there is a medical centre and chemist. As the area is still improving there are some things that could be better but I see they will change over time. I have seen house prices increase over the past 5 years and given that surrounding areas homes are in the $500,000 plus mark Dean Park has made an affordable first start to the property ladder for myself and my family.
Hope you enjoy the area as much we have!

"Love dean park"
Dean Park is a quiet area within minutes of everything you need. Dean Park is a very quiet, yet reasonably modern area, with a lot of house proud houses. House prices are quite cheap in comparison to the surrounding areas - yet I would say that Dean Park is a nicer area.
There are two large parks and an oval located in Dean Park. Buses run regularly, there is a small set of shops, and a school located centrally.
You are minutes from Stonecutters ridge, woodcroft centro, plumpton marketplace and blacktown westpoint. Ideally quiet and central

"The sleeping giant"
Dean Park's property value is deem to increase very soon due to Greg Norman's Stonecutter's Ridge Golf Course Estate just a stone throw's away - literally only a 5-minute walk! Lots range from 550 to 750sqm; there are only 2 points of entry which makes Dean Park a quiet neighbourhood recommended for families and those who love to do some briskwalking.
Schools close to Dean Park: Richard Johnson Anglican School, St Francis Catholic School, William Dean Public School. Only minutes to M7.
