"quiet lifestyle,cul de sac,no traffic"
Quiet street,Owners seem to have pride in their properties,and they also look out for each other. 8-10 mins to CBD. Acreage living with permanent creek access to most properties. Gympie is ideally situated just 40mins to Noosa,45 mins to Sunshine Coast Airport and 2 hrs to Brisbane. Gympie is the Gateway to Tin Can Bay,Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island,all within an hour.Great place to live and properties are still affordable. So overall I would say it is an Affordable place to buy and live, close to the coastal communities without the pricetag.
