"Great street, but avoid this property"
We rented number seven and ended up breaking lease after living there for 4 months. The house has serious groundwater drainage issues which caused flooding to the downstairs rooms and mould issues.
There is no privacy as the rear neighbours look directly into the bedroom windows.
The house is freezing and roasting hot d spending on the month.
You will sit in the loo & think you’re on Mt Wellington in winter.
The bathroom window spontaneously opens & some windows refuse to open.
The driveway is virtually unusable due to the incline and sideways slope.
Unless these issues have been resolved by the owner, beware of this property.
One plus: the views are wonderful.
