This 'neighborhood' is essentially just DePaul University and the surrounding area. It's actually not a bad school. I have a few friends there, and it's pretty safe and you can get a decent education.

DePaul is a university - it's in Lincoln Park. It's a good school - I went there for my undergrad degree. It's also very expensive. Lincoln Park is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Chicago, and as usually follows that, the public schools are pretty excellent, all the way from elementary through high school. There are plenty of private schools in the neighborhood too.
