"Clean and Friendly"
Most people in this street have children, so you can hear them playing but other then that it is quiet
The only traffic, either foot or car are locals there is no through traffic
Most people look after their yards and homes and bring in their wheely bins....
There are hardly any dog, and I have not seen a dog roming on it's own, but there are a few cats and plenty of wildlife
Transport, both public andf private, is great with easy access to the Ipswich and Cunningham Highways by car or by a bus to Redbank Plaza or train stations
With a police station on minutes away help is always at hand, if required
There is a small shopping centre with a post office, takeaway and a news agent to just name a few
