Would I be able to use the park in Montclair (on Santara cir)

Hi, I live in Dianella but not Montclair. Would i be able to use the park on Santara circle to have a fundraising picnic with some friends? One of my friends have been diagnosed with a stage 3 endometriosis Tumor. She needs $15k for the medical procedure & I would like to troy a picnic or BBQ to fundraise some money for her.
