Dinah Court is one of the newer streets in Stuart Park, it is full of units and villas so it is high density.
There can be trouble finding a parking space on the street at times however it has a great community vibe where everyone waves to each other as they walk or drive down the street.
There is a mix of young professionals, travelers and long time Darwin residents living there. It tends to be younger residents than other streets in the area due to the high amount on 3 bedroom apartments available.
It is a very safe street, I have never had any problems living in the street.
