Are the dinosaur fossils around the town of Dinosaur really easy to see and walk to?

I know there are some self-guided trails, but most of the fossils are located in the Dinosaur Quarry which is indoors. They claim to have over 1,500 bones in the cliff wall and apparently around town there are some petroglyphs as well.
