Very close to Nundah Village, shops and restaurants and 500m to Toombul station. However Mary MacKillop College is in this street - they have no internal PA system so all announcements are made to the entire neighbourhood all day and they have not responded to complaints. The unit blocks on the north side of the street back on to the Prince of Wales hotel which has live music until midnight every Friday and Saturday and aren’t fussy about keeping their neighbours awake. Add the sound of drunken brawls and vomiting patrons until the early hours. If noise doesn’t bother you, it’s a great location.
