Mollison Drive is in a very pretty part of Laurimar. It has many empty lots at the moment so knowing exactly what the demographics will be when finished is not possible. However if you go by the people who are already living there it looks like it is consistent with the general population of Laurimar, which are that it is a good mix of young and old famillies, young professionals and empty nesters and some retirees. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. When we go for walks people always smile and greet one another. Most people are from and Anglo Saxon background although some people are from a Mediterranean background as well. Having said that it is very hard to tell where people come from and as far as I am concerned it does not matter at all. What matters is how nice they are and how well they fit in. On the latter I have had no concerns in Laurimar.
