There are 3 properties for sale in mitchell st alone. Are people moving out of D.P. for a reason?
What's your commute like (Hubby works in City)
We have a 3yo child, she will need day care and schools, someone mentioned a small school.
I'm Just a bit hesitant to move out of apartment living to "country style" living, but hubby and child love the idea of growing our own veggies and having chickens....
Should we invest in DP???
