"Great place for those who like convenience"
Dover Gardens is close to the beach, Marion shopping centre, public transport, etc. There are a number of parks, such as Scarborough park, which recently had a running track put in, and public gym equipment. Not as well known as Brighton and South Brighton, so can get comparative bargains compared to these areas.
