I work throughout Dover Gardens and continue to meet the amazing people that live here!
Dover Gardens is close to Marion shops, Seaview school, transport and the beach is not far away at all. There are parks scattered throughout Dover Gardens so it has its share of greenery too.
It seems to be a very sought-after area as the homes are getting bought at a record pace when they come on the market and there is a lot of new housing being built in the area, so people are very excited to be moving here.

"Marion shopping centre and the beach all walking distance"
Plenty of parks, greenery and birdlife. Lots of old homes being demolished and nice new ones being constructed. Very friendly area and so convenient. The new estate at Dover Court is really attractive.
