I've taken yoga lessons at the Yoga Bar downtown and I highly recommend it. The people are very professional and accommodating, especially to beginners like me! They offer mats to those who don't have any, and the atmosphere is warm and opening. Many people in the studio were there during their lunch breaks, which I found interesting. I guess it's in a perfect location for those who work downtown. I highly recommend the Yoga Bar for their professionalism, location, and atmosphere.
