Is North Dubbo a good area to buy in especially in Samuel Street

i think real estate agents shouldn't give reviews, would not give a true reflection
she is answering her own question, it's a clear marketing ploy, also there is the biased aspect because of the commission you receive from selling and leasing property (you're response sounded like a very scripted agent objection handling response). i noticed after my post 6 real estate agents wanted to flood the response to increase the 1 to 10 mark, even sweden doesn't have a mark that high. All i did was list things to keep in mind before moving to Dubbo, because the amount of people who move away really surprised me because of the challenges that are faced which are similar to mine. i never said i didn't like the place, said it wasn't the right fit. aspects i listed, could be listened to it could potentially improve things and have people stay. rather than passively say you're just not a positive person.
Hey Michael, I completely understand your concern! Real estate agents have the unique privilege of getting to know a lot more streets than just the ones they've lived in themselves. We may be more likely to highlight the positive elements, but this would also be typical of anyone who loves their street and city. It would be great to see a good range of locals on here, giving their views! If you know any Dubbo locals, send them an invite to join Homely! :)
