"Prime street."
This is a great location to live. Very leafy and green with the Marion Swim Centre at the western end and adjoining parkland with big gum trees and picnic facilities. The Ascot Park Primary is at the western end and there are established trees in the street. Most of the homes are 60's or 70's era with well maintained gardens and large allotments.
