Although the suburb might be generally quite, a certain house on Mulcra Avenue has its reputation of disturbing the neighbourhood with extremely loud noises. I wouldn’t recommend living near that street

Hi Misc_nerd,

Id say that Park Holme is a quiet suburb. There are few main roads going through it, Marion Road does run along side the suburb which can make it a little busy, but otherwise its a suburb with many new families and retirees.
