Schools in Duncraig - can someone name some good schools for my 5 year old son?

We are relocating to Perth from Canada. I am looking for a family friendly area and Duncraig seems to fit the bill in every aspect. My husband will be working in CBD.

Duncraig Primary School - it's public so you aren't hit with huge fees.
At the risk of sounding snobbish, the socioeconomic environment in the area is good enough that there aren't any major issues.
The school is independent and feeds into Duncraig High school which has an academic program so the education standard is high.
