Hi , I understand there are a lot of run off waterways in Dundowran Beach, do they ever flood and is there a mosquito problem with the stagnant water

Don't buy in Dundowran Beach , it floods and yes lagoons and waterways are everywhere, heavy rain and storm surge will flood the area.
