"Priceless rural village atmosphere"
Duns Creek is a lovely peaceful locality, with tree lined roads and quiet streets which are safe for children. There is more than adequate shopping close by in Paterson village, which has a marvellous primary school, a testing golf course, numerous sporting facilities, post office, butcher, IGA grocery, fruit and veggies, 3 cafes, two pubs serving meals, railway station, bus service, spacious park on the pretty Paterson River, and 20 minutes drive to great shopping in the city of Maitland. The village atmosphere in Paterson is priceless, and very desirable.

- Relaxed lifestyle
Cons
