Is Dural affordable for new migrant to buy land and build?
We are young couple and thinking to buy land and build our home or buy property and start our life in Dural. Im looking for 600m2 or 800m2 where I can build home or a property at affordable place. Since we are new to country, I would like to get details from locals or the community that lives there.
How would I know if any new property or estate is being developed?
Is there a community center I can reach out to stay up to date?

Box Hill is a new development area with access via Pitt Town Road and Annangrove Road to Dural... There are house and land packages in Box Hill, Riverstone, Schofields, Colebee and Marsden Park worth your consideration. I wish you well if you are set on the dream for land to build on in Dural, it will be on the higher side of the budget, but doable. All of the suburbs I have mentioned have excellent amenities and infrastructure that has been built and is under construction, such as the new hospital near the Rouse Hill Town Centre, new schools, roads and shopping precinct in the Gables, Box Hill.
