Street Value
Hi there,
I Own a property on the northern end of Riverhills road and have recently developed a craving for increasing the profile of Eagleby. I regularly walk with my wife and children to the newish video shop and have noticed our main road (bit of a debate between Riverhills and Fryer I guess) lacks presentation to perspective buyers, even the body corporate at the new town houses seem to struggle to keep their median strips tidy. It is a simple piece of land to keep well presented and the excuse that this piece of land is the councils problem is just damaging to all of our property investments. I would be very keen to invest my weekend time helping anyone that would like to help raise the profile of our suburb. This street is our first impression to outsiders; it should be a positive one. Hi Rick,
What a fantastic idea mate! great initiative shown.
Instead of sitting at home complaining and blaming others Rick has decided he is willing to do his bit to clean up the main strip himself and is asking for help, I would applaud anyone else who is willing to put there hand up and help.
I have never heard of Eagleby as I am a new south Welshman but as long as there are residents like Rick there then I am willing to guess this would be a fantastic place to live or invest with this kind of caring community spirit.
