Hi Jessie,
There is a great Fancy Dress Hire place close by at AJ's Costume Hire (http://www.ajscostumehire.com.au)
It is located at number 49 Jubilee Street in Beckenham WA 6107 and can be contacted on (08) 9356 1984.
I always get my costume hire from here, and find it to be much better in price, and have more options than the Character Creations in Cannington.
