I am trying to locate 'Talbot Court', Eastlakes. Can anyone assist me with its location?
Eastlakes, NSW 2018 is located within the Botany Bay local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
I emigrated to Australia in 1968 as a child and Talbot Court was a set of 3 or 4 blocks of flats used as Transit Flats. It was set on a corner next to a large expanse of grassland, and a road opposite led down to a school. I remember a long walk across this grassland to a massive 'Hypermarket'. But can not remember the names of the roads. I moved back to England but we have no photographs from our time in Eastlakes, and I was hoping to show my children and grandchildren where i lived on google earth, and also to show my ageing parents. Google map "Eastlakes Shopping Centre" park right next to it and from there within walking distance of 3 schools that i can think of. - Good Luck.

After extensive searching of both memory and google earth, 'Banks Avenue' seems to ring bells, but still cannot locate the blocks of flats. It did not seem so built up, but then again a lot may of changed since 1968.
