Ebenezer, NSW 2756 is located within the Hawkesbury local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
Hi all,
My partner and I are in the cooling off period of buying a house in Ebenezer. We have enquired about the rates and were shocked to find they the current owners are paying $919 a quarter! Is this correct? I understand it septic that needs to be pumped, but this seems excessive? Is there anything we can do to reduce this cost? we are only on just a little less then a 700sqm block.
Would love to hear from some locals..
