I believe there is the Playford Kindergym Inc located at 51 Goodman Road, Elizabeth South. Their website seems to have a lot of information www.playford.gymnastics.org.au.
As for playgroups you may need to ring around however from a quick search I have managed to find one at Elizabeth Park Primary School and also Elizabeth Downs Primary School.
